The purchase will be considered complete after the payment has been completed. Until then the purchase does not exist as such and will only be a view of the final amount, including ports.

Like any purchase online in Catalunya, you have 15 days to return your order if you are not satisfied with it. If the return is caused by a defect in the product, error in the material, design or size, the postage costs of the return are the responsability of Tallaferro-Music.com. If, on the contrary, this return is motivated by a change of model, size or the return of it because you don't want it, the costs wil be your responsability (You can contact us to organize the return by the same agency we've used before, if it is easier for you).

We always pack the items properly and we will control that before expedition but we can all make a mistake at sometime.

We always recommend, sometimes are the unique sending method avaliable, the use of a courier as a method of transport for their reliability, speed and easy tracking. In the case you'll recieve it damaged or manipulated, you should advice the courier for a proper reclamation. If you choose a non-registered method, all responsibility of the package will be yours as soon as it has been dispatched in the postal office.
